Obtaining the MID/TID for a PED swap

The MID is the merchant ID. This six digit ID can be found on the bottom of any in-store cashless receipt. Note that the MID will NOT display on Mobile Order receipts or Pay with App settings.

To obtain a TID, you will need to contact Concord First Data at 1-800-767-3607. Select the option for Terminal ID Reset. You will need to provide the agent with the Merchant ID, your name/position, and verify the store's address. Then ask the agent to provide you with an available Terminal ID.
