Jolt app is not working

If anyone is having issues with Jolt this might help you fix the problem without having to call technical support.

1. If you go under the settings on the left side all the way at the bottom, then click about.
2. There will be three little dots in the upper right hand corner, push that and a menu will pop up at the bottom of the screen.
3. Then you press reset app and it will reset the whole app and more than likely that will help fix problems that are occurring.
