Reboot the BOS and retry the function

• Note: It is not necessary to wait longer than 10 seconds to power the Back Office Server (BOS back on when rebooting. The BOS will take approximately 7 - 13 minutes to reboot.
• The BOS server must be booted in one of the following manners
  • Via the Start Menu screen
    • On the Start Menu screen, click on the Restart button
  • Via the sign out screen
    1. Press the Control, Alt and Delete keys at the same time. It will take you to the Sign out screen.
    2. Click on the Power icon to see your options
    3. Allow the BOS to reboot
    4. Log into Windows
    5. Retry the function

NewPOS: Perform Reboot ALL POS

1. Touch the Manager Options key on the Manager Menu
2. From the Manager Options Menu, touch the Reboot ALL POS key
3. Touch the YES key to confirm the reboot of the POS
4. If any registers do not reboot automatically, reboot the register
