Production Offline Displays on all monitors

Switch to Backup Production

1. Take an order on any register (there will be some delay since production is offline)
2. Press the Eat in Total or Take out Total button
   
   • The register will display a message box that says "Unable to communicate with monitors. Would you like to try again?"
3. Press the No button
   
   • The register will display a message box that says "Error sending order to one or more monitors. Do you want to switch to backup mode?"
4. Press the Yes button
5. Enter a valid manager ID and password
   
   • Note: If the error “unable to validate password” displays press OK to continue past the error.  The user may need to enter their password again.
6. The system is now in backup production mode
   
   • Note: If unable to switch to backup, reboot Register 1 and try again
